Questions

Asked in good conscience

Honest answers to the questions Christian couples ask us most.

Are intimacy products appropriate for Christians?

Scripture speaks of married love with joy, not embarrassment. Proverbs tells a husband to be intoxicated always in his wife's love (Proverbs 5:19), the Song of Songs celebrates the delight of a bride and groom, and Paul calls husbands and wives to give themselves freely to one another (1 Corinthians 7:3–5). The marriage bed is honorable (Hebrews 13:4).

Where Scripture gives no command, Christians are free to receive God's good gifts with thanksgiving (1 Timothy 4:4–5), as long as that freedom is used to serve one another in love (Galatians 5:13). We believe that freedom has clear boundaries: it belongs to a husband and wife alone, it never invites anyone or anything else into the marriage bed, it never degrades either spouse, and it is always mutual.

Conscience matters too. Whatever does not proceed from faith is sin (Romans 14:23), so if either of you hesitates, the loving thing is to wait. Every Pomegranate product is optional, and many couples simply start with the devotional and go from there together.

Who are your products for?

Married couples only, from newlyweds to those married for decades, and friends or family buying a gift for a husband and wife.

Is the devotional explicit?

No. 30 Days of Delight is reverent and warm, the kind of book you would be comfortable giving at a bridal shower.

How do I get the devotional after I buy it?

It is an instant PDF download. Right after checkout you will land on a download page, and you can download your copy up to two times. Read it on any device or print it at home. Each copy is marked with the buyer's email and is for you and your spouse only.

How will the boxes be shipped?

In plain, unmarked outer packaging with nothing on the label that reveals what is inside.

What if we are struggling with more than busyness?

Our resources are meant to encourage healthy marriages, not to replace care. If you are facing past hurt, pain, or serious conflict, please reach out to a trusted pastor or a qualified Christian counselor.
